– an 8 week Boot Camp Package 

– 8 boot camp classes…days that boot camp classes will run are :

Mondays @ 6:45pm (April 21, 28, May 5, 12, 26, June 2, 9, 16)

 Thursdays @ 5:45pm (April 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12)

 Saturdays @ 8:00am (May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, June 7, 14, 21)

 (45 minute classes)

– 1 punch card – for spin, zumba, yoga, etc – you choose! (5 hours of class to use on your time)

 – you register for the class you can attend for 8 weeks, if you have to miss a regular scheduled day you can make it up by attending another time

 – you get a weight loss assessment

 – a personalized meal plan

 – 3 weigh in’s – nutritionists Diane and Jayne will measure you at the start, mid point and end of the program !

 – a tailor made weight loss plan

To maximize results nutritionists Diane & Jayne will provide a “Weight Loss Assessment” which will include your personal “Bootylicious Clean Eating Plan” that will aid in fueling your body for bootcamp.  There will 2 additional weigh in/measurements (mid & finish).
