Nutrition and Fitness Package Includes :

DJ Weight Management – Private sessions with Diane
– Boot camp meal plan – very strict for maximum results – 3 visits plus 1 initial start up session (dietary)

Studio Twenty Punch Card for 10 hours of boot camp class time : (12 weeks to get your classes in)
Boot camp classes run :

Mondays – 8:45am – 45 min focus on upper body
Mondays – 5:45pm – 45 min focus on upper body
Mondays – 6:35pm – 45 min focus on full body

Wednesdays – 8:15am – 45 min – focus on full body

Thursdays – 5:45pm – 60 min – focus on full body

Fridays – 8:00am – 60 min – focus on full body
