Candlelight Meditation and Gentle Yoga Flow

A 60 minute practice
Join us for a seated guided meditation followed by a gentle yoga flow. Incorporating meditation along with the physical practice allows for a fuller experience in mind, body and spirit. This yoga class is designed to be calming and stress-relieving while strengthening the body slowly and building flexibility within the body in a gentle and effective manner. This class is suitable for everyone – beginners and beyond.
